The natural progression of singles to couples to families has remained the same through the years. But, the natural progression of where people live has changed.
No longer to young couples head out to the suburbs as soon as conversations of children begin. These days there are so many neighborhoods that cater to young couples and their young children that more and more we are seeing the flow of families out of the city getting smaller.
As brokers we don't think of ourselves as selling real estate.....we sell lifestyles. As landlords and neighborhood organizations continue to market to the young couples the flow of traffic over the bridges and through the tunnels will continue to lighten.
