Keeping Families here in the City

The naturally progression of life here in the city seems to be...singles get married, married couples have children, families leave the city and move to the suburbs where their kids have room to grow and play.

Well, in an effort to change this pattern many new condos are now incorporating child play areas and creative work stations in the commons space of the building.

Parents agree that anything that the building offers which will get the kids out from in front of the Flat Screen TV is a good amenity and they are willing to pay more for the property that offers additional child friendly options.
